Wrongly Accused
Wrongly Accused is a Case of the Golden Idol inspired murder mystery in the vein of Columbo... more of a How-Dunnit than a Whodunnit.
Set during the Years of Lead in 1970s Italy, an attempted assasination attempt on the mayor may not be what everyone thinks. The main suspect Tony has all the evidence pointing at him but maybe it's all a little too convenient.
Enjoyed this game? We are developing Wrongly Accused into a full game with larger story that goes beyond each case.

when the fuck was tony born im getting lowk pissed off over her
Hi. I don't want anyone to feel annoyed while playing. Look for a clue that hints at Tony's Birthday (TB) with some numbers.
Great game! Really made me think !
Thank you so much. We are working on a much bigger version of the game.
i am stuck. i only have one piece of evidence for i section. PLS HELP!
Sorry for the late reply. We've been busy making a larger version of the game. Which section were you stuck on?
this was so fun
This is such a cool game! I love the way that the ending is influenced by the conclusions drawn -- I got it all right the first time, but then went back and intentionally got some answers wrong to see what else the outcome could have been. It was super fun to play through!
Congratualtions on getting everything right first time! Thank you so much for your comment. It's really great to get feedback and know people enjoyed playing something we made!
that such a good game. I love it<3333
how do you get 25/25?
im missing 3 marks on method
nvm
how did you get the method marks? I'm stuck on the same thing
Really nice game! I love the system of organising clues together, which give you some text to explain what they imply together.
Thank you so much for playing. We want to overhaul the UI of that screen as it is a bit crowded but wasn't sure what to do with it in the time we had.
I got caught up in the game. The story is well constructed and each scene is clear and pleasant to watch. It reminded me of The Case of the Golden Idol of course, but with new tools and a deduction system that adds a real plus! Great job!
Thank you so much for your kind comment and for playing.
Loved this entry, really captured the mystery spirit and got me into the same headspace as Golden Idol. Full of innovative ideas here building on The Golden Idol formula here too.
Only minor improvement that I could suggest here would be Evidence being grouped by the scene it was taken from, that would be clearer than the tooltip
Thank you for playing and the feebdack. We did want to have some filtering options on that screen but just ran out of time. We will definitley do that if we keep working on the game.
I loved this. The clue analysis and also having the ending be influenced by your report were really unique systems. The art was great too! Nice job.
Thnak you for playing and for the kind feedback.
I really enjoyed this! Golden idol and Columbo are two of my favourite detective-y things ever, so this was a treat
Yes... I'm a big Columbo fan. This jam was a great chance to make a Columbo influenced game, something I have been wanting to do for ages.
Interesting game ! Good job.
Here are my tips if you want to further improve it:
I felt a bit too guided by having all the clues marked on screen, i think it would have felt better to instead show a marker on the magnifying glass when we are hovering a clue.
The evidence mechanic was great, grouping evidence to solve the case, but a lot of time i found myself putting random things until it does something, so a simple fix would be to not show when an evidence is in that "group", but instead show the "group score" when all evidences are placed. Its just an idea but i think it would have felt better.
Now, as i said it was a very interesting game, but there was a big flaw that ruined the immersion in my opinion. There is only 2 supects, and the game already tell you its not Tony at the start of the game, i would have prefered 3 suspects and really don't knowing who did it at the start.
Other than that i liked pretty much everything, good job. The art was impressive too !
Thank you for the feedback. It's hard to get the balance right of how much help to offer the player. Maybe we could have a few difficulty levels which turn on or off some of the aspects you have mentioned to suit different players. Thanks for highlighting that for us.
